Refund Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully. However, under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 you may seek a refund if goods have a major problem. This is when the item:

> Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the other had they known about it.

>Is unsafe

>Is significantly different from the sample of description

>Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.

The goods must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, You may be asked to demonstrate that the problem with the good was not your fault. If the problem is not major, or you prefer an alternative to a refund, we can arrange for goods to be exchanged or repaired. A store credit may be offered at our discretion.
